"Ordered one time before and thought it was pretty decent and worth a re order. Decided to order a chicken salad sub and added American cheese. Chicken salad is one of my favorites and I was very excited. You can imagine the shock and heartbreak I experienced when I looked in the delivery bag and didn?t see a sub. Instead I found a salad with chicken with a few slices of American cheese on top of it. I don?t know what kind of serial killer thinks it?s ok to just ignore the words SUB in an order and slap some Kraft singles on top of a chopped salad with some chicken cutlets on top. I?m working on a final for my science class that?s due tonight at midnight and I just wanted to fuel up on one of my favorite foods to power me through my work. I might actually fail my final now because Ted Bundy back in the kitchen didn?t think it was a little weird that someone would elect to spend an extra ¢95 cents to add American cheese to a salad. Grub hub promptly refunded my money back to me, but that?s not good enough. What am I supposed to do with this? I don?t want this disgusting pile of plastic cheese, lettuce, and cucumbers. I would have given them 1 star but I also ordered boneless garlic parm wings, and despite being very soggy, they are delicious. Would not recommend ordering from here unless you want the chef to bless you with his own modern art interpretation of what you actually ordered."

"I phoned in an order. When I got there, there was no order for me. The waitress said I never ordered and maybe I ordered from a different Stevo’s, which of course there is none. It was obvious she forgot to put my order in. Mistakes happen but worst yet was that she lied about it. I had left my phone at home so when I got back home I redialed the number I had called to prove I called the right number. The same waitress answered and continued to deny I had ordered. I told her I was a frequent customer and wanted to speak to the owner, Steve. She refused to let me speak to him and hung up on me. I know it is hard to find people to work these days, but if that is the best Stevo’s can hire, I’ll take my business elsewhere. Update after Stevo’s reply correct, I did not order spinach. I asked for spinach and was told by her you did not have it so I ordered without it which just proves she remembered my order but did not place it. The 1 minute call call to your number at 6:11 is logged into my recent call activity so check your phone log and you will see the call was made. But more importantly she treated me poorly when I arrived, insisted it was my mistake, and did not even offer to expedite an order for me. Further more, if you really care about your customers you could take a moment to speak to them when there is a problem rather than them not getting any food and being told instead that you would call them at the end of the night, which you did not. Your denial that your business is responsible for the problem that occurred just proves your lack of care for your customers. Had you admitted your mistake I would have deleted this review, but now no way."
