"Before COVID, this restaurant consistently delivered a five-star experience, but now it's twice as expensive, and the service doesn’t match the higher prices. I was quoted one price over the phone, only to find a different one in-store. My meal was accidentally given to someone else, and I waited about three to four minutes before it was returned to me. When I finally received my turkey burger, it was undercooked, and my fries were cold. I was then informed that the only way to get a refund was to call the manager, so I decided to leave my food behind and walk out. It felt like a complete waste of money. To make matters worse, the staff was sitting around with their shoes off and dirty soles up in the air in this food establishment. It’s disappointing to see how things have changed. I've visited this restaurant more times than I can count, but I won't be coming back again."
