"ordered online. asked for a french toast bagel for my bacon, egg, cheese but was given cinnamon raisin. i called to let them know and was told they look similar. they asked if i could come in and they would remake the sandwich but explained i was not able to come back. they apologized. they could have offered me a discount or something the next time ordered but that wasn't offered. good thing i am not allergic. train your employees to be attentive/ label the bagels."
