"I ordered my ice cream online, and when I arrived to pick it up, the customer service was unfortunately lacking. We weren't greeted at all, and the staff seemed like they would rather be anywhere else than serving us. We had to ask several times for spoons and a straw before they finally acknowledged us. Additionally, I've noticed that the quantity of ice cream has diminished. The portion sizes are inconsistent—I ordered a Love It size but received a Like It size instead. I specifically requested butter pecan ice cream but ended up with sweet cream. I asked for extra caramel and got extra fudge instead. It felt like they simply gave me what they wanted rather than what I ordered. I didn't take the order back because there was a football game happening and traffic was terrible. It took me 20-25 minutes just to get to Cold Stone. It's frustrating having only one Cold Stone in town."

"Cold Stone has always been one of my favorites, so I'm thrilled that I moved to Fayetteville, where there's a Cold Stone location! I visited recently and enjoyed my favorite combination: dark chocolate ice cream with brownie, almonds, and hot fudge in a waffle bowl. The waffle bowl was great, and the next day, I plan to try it in a waffle cone. For all the ice cream lovers out there, be sure to check it out! The staff is friendly and attentive."

"On a recent Sunday afternoon My friend and I were at the Monmouth Mall. She saw the ColdStone Creamery and said hey looks like they have holiday ice cream cakes I am going to see what the price is meet me there. I was finishing up a purchase in a nearby store and was walking toward the C/S creamery and witness a VERY RUDE employee interaction and my friend. My friend asked How much is the ice cream cake and the young man said It's up on the board try looking up. My friend and I were amazed. We HAD looked at the board and didnt see the pricing. So she asked again. The young man looked to another employee shirked and said Can you show HER where the price is located? The other employee rounded the counter and said its $17 dollars and change. So we asked where does it say that and she said oh it doesnt. The attitude of the staff was so unprofessional we decided to leave without further interaction and most importantly to without a sale. The Sunday staff clearly needs a customer focus refresher course. The product may be good but the service is lacking."
