"The food was disgusting, we returned 6 out of 7 appetizers that were served to us. The poor quality meat is poorly cooked and has a bad taste. They calculated every last cent of the bill. Shame should give them the lousy customer service and the lousy quality of the food with the years they have on the market !!!!! I will never return and I would not recommend it to my worst enemy. Expensive and lousy in every way"

"The waiter that took our order was very professional. However, the person delivering food reached across other diners to place their food. The prime rib was at least a 1/3 fat or grizzle"

"My experience as far as staff waiters and waitresses and Cooks they were all the best but me and the guy I came with went outside to find a group of white guys around our car and we are two black men only to get home and discover that our tire has been slashed and he doesn't want to come back because of that reason I was just doing a little bit better about having security outside"

"I came in on Friday evening. I had a server named Sammy. She had a Wednesday Addams tattoo on her arm. She was awesome! She reccomened some great food but i ended up getting the prime rib special it came out amazing. She asked us about food allergens which wasnt expected but it was much appreciated. The cooks did an excellent job and the service was superb! The layout was beautiful. I will absolutely come back and ask for Sammy again."

"Service was not great for us. We waited about 15 minutes before a server came to take drink orders, we went ahead and ordered food right then because we didn't want to wait another 15 for a food order... food was okay, but definitely not what it usually is. Sweet cheeses burger was lukewarm and that made the cheese have that kinda gritty texture ya know? Prices were good because it was burger night. Our waters went dry and we had to wait probably 10 minutes before our water came and asked if we needed anything. I said “a water would be great” and the server avoided eye contact and just said “got it” and went to go get refills. It was a busy evening I suppose and things happen! Just didn't make us excited to go back is all. I also would have loved to have have another cocktail but didn't feel as though it was worth the hassle. They also make you select your tip right in front of the person holding the machine at the table so that felt like extra pressure for good tips and bad service :"
