The Crab Rangoon (5 pieces) is reliably crispy, and I’ve never encountered one that was burnt due to overflowing filling. The Steamed Lava Egg Yolk Bun (2 pieces) is a fascinating dish; it has a creamy texture with a hint of sweetness, and the bun is always well-steamed and has a nice, firm consistency. Whether you’re someone who is picky about egg flavors (like me) or simply curious, it’s definitely worth a try at least once. In my opinion, they’re quite tasty.
