"I've been a loyal customer of both Bangkok Cuisine locations for the past 14 years, and I’ve recommended their delicious food to countless family members, friends, and colleagues. However, that will end today—I’ve decided I will never dine there again. My son suggested we eat in rather than order takeout, so I requested a lunch portion. The waitress informed me that on Saturdays and Sundays, only dinner portions are available. I agreed, knowing I wouldn’t be able to finish all that food anyway.
When it was time to leave, I asked for some boxes for my leftovers. The waitress brought me a tiny box initially, so I requested the plastic container they typically use for takeout, especially for the Bangkok chicken. After bringing me the wrong box again, she finally provided the correct one. While I was packing my food, a rude manager with glasses came over, yelling that they couldn’t give me the plastic box because it’s reserved for to-go orders. He insisted that if I dined in next time, I wouldn’t be allowed to use that box.
This inconsiderate manager caused a scene in front of other customers over a cheap plastic box. I will never give them my business again, especially since they have messed up my orders multiple times in the past. Below is a picture of the inferior box they tried to give me."
