"My Fiancé and I decided to have our engagement party here and it was the worse experience ever. I called a party and left several messages for a manager to call me back and never. Once we have told a friend about our experience (she is near the owner), we received a call back from a staff to book the party. At this time I was so upset with the lack of professionalism that I wanted to have the party elsewhere. But because my fiancé is Haitian, I thought that would be the best way to represent his culture for our party. So we decided to have the party there. When we met with the manager, she was very rude and gave us brief answers to the questions we had about our event. Quickly to our party... Our party started at 1:00 a.m. and we agreed that my family can come there at 12:00 a.m. to start the facility. At 12:15 I received a call that no one was in the restaurant and the doors were closed. When we called the manager, she claimed that she was not aware that the restaurant was closed and that she was on her way to open. I was exaggerated! I would assume if a restaurant has an event, there would be bartenders/cooks, all ready for the event. The day of the party was 85 degrees. As soon as we arrived, the air was not completely circulated and was hot and uncomfortable in the restaurant. When we expressed how angry we were about what happened, the management told us everything was fine. And finally the service was terrible!! When we bless the food, the bartenders said so loud that we had to stop our prayers to tell them the silence. I am not disappointed with the service we have received from this place. Although the food was great, it is not enough for me to support this facility again!"
