"I have been a regular customer at this restaurant since it first opened. Unfortunately, I have noticed a decline in quality over the years. The service is consistently poor, with young employees wearing casual clothing and neglecting their duties. The cleaning supplies are haphazardly stored against the wall, and the back room is uncomfortably hot with old swamp coolers that are rarely operational. The food is below average, often tasting fishy. On my most recent visit, my daughter and I were disappointed with our sushi and drinks. The fried roll was overcooked, the tai teas were spoiled, and the server seemed to be under the influence. I have always been generous with my tips, but the overall experience has been consistently disappointing. I believe that the lack of quality can be attributed to poor management. The owner, who I assume is cheap, would often bring her children to the restaurant during her shift, allowing them to spend hours on their tablets at the sushi bar.
