"Additionally, I ordered extra noodles and paid for them, but a few minutes later, the cashier returned my money and informed me that the owner had refused my request for additional noodles. As a frequent customer, I find this level of unprofessionalism a bit hard to overlook, and I don't think I can continue to support this establishment.
On a brighter note, I have generally been impressed by the food here. Most dishes I've tried have been excellent, and I make it a personal goal to sample everything on the menu at least once. The ingredients are always fresh, and the food tends to be a bit different compared to other Vietnamese restaurants.
However, one area that could use improvement is the knowledge of the younger staff member who takes our orders. Whenever I have questions about a dish, he often seems uncertain, needing to consult others or sometimes providing incorrect information. This has been disappointing, especially when a dish doesn’t match what he described. I suspect it might be a language barrier, but regardless, it leaves me feeling a bit uneasy."
