"The delivery of my order was an hour late. I called the restaurant twice; during my first call, I was told it would arrive in ten minutes. When twenty minutes passed, I received another update that it would be just one more minute. I was on the phone with Seamless/Grubhub to cancel the order when the delivery person finally arrived. I must commend Seamless, as they were very helpful and offered me a discount for the inconvenience even as they were in the process of canceling the order. However, when I showed the delivery guy the original delivery time, which was an hour earlier, he laughed at me, which felt quite rude and unprofessional. I would recommend choosing from the many other Chinese delivery options available instead."
