"I ordered meat ball sub to be delivered. I stated that I was allergic to cheese I stated (3) times that I can?t have cheese. Requested bread on side so the bread and sub would not be soaked. Sub arrived like a soup with CHEESE MELTED OVER THE ENTIRE MEAL. When I called to tell them I spoke with manager and he said,? I?m really sorry, I can?t do anything about it.? When I asked to speak with his boss he said, ?he won?t do anything either and he is the owner.? I thanked him and will go back to Dominick?s, Brooklyn Boys or any other place. I have been a customer since they opened. Just thought I would share for those who like to know that the place they frequent cares about your business. It?s not the sub, it?s the attitude."
