"Before attending a concert at the Chase center, we checked out the YELP App and were pleasantly surprised to find a Latin/Peruvian restaurant nearby. The shop front was a little confusing and seemed like two businesses combined. One side was The Plant and the other side was Artesano where the cooking was done. From the outside you will see The Plant and then in the window was a small sign with Artesano. The staff were friendly and attentive. We ordered the Mixto Cerivche and it was so beautifully presented $21. Lots of flavor and textures with 2 types of corn and what tasted like sweet potato with wild shrimp and red snapper. We also ordered the popular Lomo Saltado, high heat stir fry of beef strips, bell peppers and onions, served with rice $23. The fried plantain was delicious, light and crispy and served with aioli or mango sauce. Overall the food was delicious and about 15 20 minute walk from Chase center.
