"They've changed the name to Zyron, and possibly the owner as well, but the website still lists it as Istanbul. The prices online were different from what we encountered in person, and when we brought this up, they acknowledged it was the old pricing from the previous restaurant. We ordered takeout, so I can't comment on the ambiance. As for the food, it was disappointing. The kofta was tough and dry, and the shawarma was no better. The rice wasn't freshly cooked either. On the plus side, the bread was delicious, and the Adana kebab was decent. However, the green salad that came with the meal was pre-packaged, and the dressing completely soaked the greens, turning them into a mushy mess. I hope this was just an oversight and that they can improve. I really dislike the idea of not having a good Turkish restaurant nearby; it's too inconvenient to always travel to Paterson for decent food."
