"Mekong Cafe has finally opened their doors today for lunch after construction permit approvals pushed back its original end-November opening date...yahoo! The outside of the restaurant still needs little work, but the inside is awesome! With lots of windows and high ceilings, the space looks very big and open. This new location can fit almost 200 people! Loved their interior decorations, I personally found the pictures very soothing and relaxing. The whole staff team is great! Very friendly and attentive. Now the food...what new can I say? It’s all the good old tasty foods :P I went there with my younger kid, so ordered #10: Beef Broccoli and #12: Chicken Drunken Noodles from their lunch specials, and a Thai iced tea. They were good, but I’m really a big fan of their authentic dishes and can’t wait to go back soon and try them out."
