"First time here, and the food is really great. I was warned about the long wait, and it's true. As the only table in the restaurant, it took 40min to get our 3 entrées, and appetizer. It looks like it's run by father and son. They even use disposable wares to cut down turnover rate, but the issue is probably their combo menu. Poor chef probably making more dishes than he needs per person."
