"Domino's Pizza has been a huge disappointment for me. I ordered two medium pies and a 2-liter of Coke on May 27th. One pie was correct, but the other was missing the extra toppings I paid for, and I received Sprite instead of Coke. When I talked to the delivery driver about the mistake, he was incredibly rude and insisted it was my order, refusing to show me the receipt, which made it clear he was lying.
I called the store and spoke to a manager who said they would send out a new order but didn't take any of my details and rushed off the phone. After waiting an hour with no new order, I called again and was informed there was no Coke available, explaining the Sprite, but they had no explanation for the wrong pizza. I requested a refund, and the employee had to "get a manager" but ended up putting me on hold for another hour before disconnecting the call.
When I called back, the same employee said they were busy with a shift change and hung up on me. I waited a few hours before calling back and was told my refund had been processed and would take 7-10 business days to appear in my account. Here we are on July 1st, and I still haven't received my refund. I even called the corporate number on June 10th and was told the franchise owner would reach out, but I’ve never heard back. It feels like this Domino's Pizza location has stolen my money, and every employee and manager there should be fired—this is coming from someone with a background in customer service."
