"I really enjoy their food—huge burritos and tasty salsa. The only reason I'm not giving them five stars is their handling of phone orders. They won’t start preparing your order until you arrive and pay, unless you pay over the phone. What’s the point of placing a to-go order over the phone? I expect that if I call 20 minutes ahead, my food will be ready for pickup. Instead, I end up waiting another 15 minutes after I pay to receive my order."

"I visited this restaurant for the first time. The surf-n-turf burrito was tasty, but the adobada fries were just average; the meat was dry and overcooked, and my order was incorrect. The lady who assisted us was friendly, but she seemed a bit confused when I made a small change, switching my order from a large to a medium. I think that might have contributed to the mix-up. I may only come here once."

"Accessibility: I did not see any disabled parking spots. From the parking lot to the building is paved flat ground, so no ramps needed. The doors to enter the building are pull doors. They also have a drive-thru, but the menu is not one of those digitalones where you can see your order written. They do have tables with moveable chairs inside for indoor seating. Outside I saw notables or chairs. They accept cash and card payments. Experience: I came on a Friday night and there was only one car in linein the drive-thru! The service was super fast, the female employees were super nice, and I was surprised at how good the foodwas! I loved my grilled chicken street tacos, and my partner enjoyed their quesadilla too. The horchata had a strong cinnamontaste but was good : you can never go wrong with horchata. Price: the price was pretty typical for around here. For threestreet tacos, one quesadilla and two large horchatas it was $32. It might be a little bit more pricey than other places but notby much. I will definitely be back! Keep up the great work everyone!"

"First and last time going to Burros Fries. Guy taking order was cool but what is up with the stringy hair girl wearing a face mask that was hanging half off her face calling out orders? She was out right rude to customers. Didn 't fully hear the numbershe called out, asked her what number she just called and she replied it 's on the receipt and walked away. That 's logical butwhen you cover up the receipt by setting food on top of it, we can 't see the numbers. I had to ask as i didn 't want to touchother people 's food and move it around to see the number on the ticket. Then came the joke of a fork they give you to eatsomething that 's crispy and deep fried. Total fail. Fork was too flimsy to even stick in it (see pics). Had to go back to thecounter to ask for a knife and got that same rude girl who said they didn 't have any. How on God 's green earth are you supposedto eat this when you don 't have any knives to cut it and the fork is too flimsy to even stab it. Seriously?!?!. Spent $30 for 2burros and 2 sodas. One was ablr to eat what he got and mine just sat in the container to take home and eat later as they don 't,couldn 't provide decent eating utensils for the deep fried burro. The girl really needs to find a non-customer facing job and ifshe 's going to wear a face mask, then actually wear it. Don 't have it hanging half on/half off your face keeping your chin warm."

"Honestly—it depends on the day. I always get a shrimp cali burrito every time I go, and I always open the burrito and check it before I drive away. Most of the time it’s 5 stars all the way, French fries perfect and plenty of shrimp and rolled up neatly. . .and a few times they have forgotten the fries or only put two shrimp or burned the entire tortilla, or it’s ripped and not folded right and falling out every where. I’d say 70% of the time it’s the best fast food around, and the other 30% its a 2 or 3 star burrito. I brought it back inside once when they really messed up the order, though, and they made me a new one and let me keep the old one. I will still keep going—and keep checking the burrito before I drive away."

"Wouldn't go again. Food was a 2 star, but the fish taco brought it to a 3. Service was good, and fairly quick. Prices were a bit high for the tacos (small , but the nachos was a good portion for the small. Shrimp Taco flavor was good but Shrimp was overdone and rubbery Fish Taco pretty good! Fluffy and soft fish, the chipotle aioli/Mayo wasn't the best though. Carne Asada Nachos pretty unflavorful, and the carne asada was pretty tough, dry, and unappetizing. The cheese wasn't very salty, and there wasn't enough sour cream/lime to cut through the fattiness. The aiolis were decent. Taco Bell Nachos are more tasty (although less healthy? Guac and Salsa were decent as well, but nothing special."

"I have only been here once but there was really nothing bad about this place! Our only hiccup was that their registers were off the fritz and were giving the workers trouble! It took us about 15 min to finally be charged for our meal and when everything finally went through my coworker had checked her bank account and noticed she was charged twice for our meal! The workers did give her a refund on the extra charge (in cash) and we were ok with that! The food was not bad. I had the asada breakfast burrito (as recommended by the cashier), meat was seasoned good and had good flavor! I also tried a carnitas taco. I was not impressed with the carnitas but that's a tough meat to get right! It was still an ok taco. My brother had a carnitas torta and his response was the same as mi e when it came to the carnitas. The carnitas can definitely be better. We also shared the asada fries and those were very well put together! I believe the asada is one of their main meats. I will be going back to try more of there menu! It's a good spot but nothing to brag about."

"Stopped in to get a bite to eat and use the restrooms, there was a line so I figured I'd go to the bathroom first. It was locked by touch key pad. So went back to the line and cashier told me her register was acting up and couldn't help me. I then asked for the password so I could relieve myself (starting to do the pee dance from being on the road for 5hours) and she looked irritated and than took my order. Didnt enjoy the inconvenience, food was a bit salty but okay. (junior chicken teriyaki bowl with veggies) Manager was on the phone trying to resolve the register issues could feel the tension in the room. The interior design kind of has a dark vibe to it. Only personal that greeted me with a smile and friendly greeting was the employee handing me my food, and was helpful as to where the utensils where located. Definitely wont be back. They also have a separate side kitchen that serves tacos that has a separate front door that leads to the same open room layout. Kinda odd"

"The Carne Asada was disappointing; the meat was tough and lacked flavor. I wish the menu had better descriptions, as I ended up ordering two of them. Additionally, I didn't receive any hot sauce with my order. The Cheese Enchiladas were alright, but I thought I had ordered a combo—again, clearer descriptions would have helped. Honestly, there are better options available to order from on DoorDash."

"I really like the food here. The cooks do a great job. Giving a 1 star due to the girl with the glasses at the front counter. She was rude and unprofessional. I placed a order online and for whatever reason the order was placed under a different name that was linked to my Gmail. Meal was paid for. I showed her my confirmation email and she was still refusing to give me my order until I confirmed the name on the order. I left damn good tip too! if I could I would've took it back due to her nasty attitude. I understand the need to make sure the order goes to the rightful owner, but when presented the receipt, there should be no more questions. She took it to far. This is not the 1st time I have had to deal with a nasty attitude from her. This is the last time I will. Unfortunately I won't be coming back."
