"I occasionally work for Uber Eats, and during one of my deliveries, I forgot my phone at home while it was charging. Unfortunately, this led to me being accused of theft by a rude young blonde teenager. I asked to speak with a manager, but was met with dishonesty. I then approached the kitchen staff, where an older gentleman claimed to be the manager. I explained that I was a regular customer and had been wrongly accused. At that moment, another customer decided to interject, and I firmly told him that I didn't need his opinion. Despite my attempts to clarify the situation and even showing proof of my affiliation with Uber, I received no apology. I’ve picked up several orders from this restaurant before and have always been curious about trying their food, but after this experience, I am genuinely shocked by the poor level of service I received and will likely never try their food. I will also be reporting this incident to Uber."
