"I really appreciate the staff that works here. They are short staffed so the hotel that is partnered with Penny's, has to bounce people back and forth to work both, sometimes in the same shift. They really try hard and make it work...yes, the service is slow, but it's not because of lack of skill, it's because of lack of supportive staffing. Even during a rush, they keep trying to push through it with 2 people..one cook and one front of house...who also has to help hotel staff. The food is actually pretty good. Prices are a little high. 2 of us ordered breakfast for dinner, and paid for 4 beverages and it was $37. I think the owners need to reevaluate their relationship with their employees because they are the reason why anything is even successful here, definitely not because of support from corporate or owners.
