"I'll be honest and say that I stopped thinking for a flight that was a tourist trap, but I was wrong. 7 of 7 beers on my flight, I'd drink again. I love the pride they have in obtaining German ingredients for their brews and really keep it traditional. The Lagner, Kolsch and other lighter offers were very well made with beautiful taste, which led to a smooth clean surface. I was blown away when I came to the IPA, this is my beer of choice most days. Does not expect so moist taste and uniqueness of the German variety of hops they use. Big notes of strawberries and melon. Whether you're a handcrafted brewing head like me or that's your first time in a brewery you'll find something you like. I also enjoyed the viewing platform where you can see the brewing facilities in action. We didn't eat anything, but we noticed that almost every job from the kitchen was a burger who looked great. We'll be back."
