"I used to order from this restaurant frequently, but I won’t be doing so again. I called at 6:30 for a delivery, and the customer service was awful; I had to repeat my three-item order several times. After waiting an hour, I called for an update, and they assured me it would arrive shortly. I waited another 30 minutes before it finally arrived, but it was cold and missing part of the order. I called back, and they promised to send the missing item right away. An hour later, I called for the third time only to find out that it still hadn’t been sent out. I finally received the missing order nearly three hours later, and it was also cold. If you want good service, I recommend looking elsewhere. Additionally, the owner even called me to ask me to change my review. If you have a complaint, be careful; they might figure out who you are and call you. The owner was extremely rude and thought that offering a free 20 oz. bottle of soda made up for the three-hour wait. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would."
