"We ordered our drinks, and our waiter seemed eager for us to place our food orders right away. Knowing what we wanted, we quickly ordered the endless pasta along with extra toppings and salad dressing for our salads. However, when the salads arrived, they didn’t include the extras we requested. When asked if we wanted cheese, we said yes, but only a small amount was added, despite them usually asking how much we’d like. Additionally, I had to request extra dressing a second time. Before we could even fully start on our salads, our main courses were brought out—just moments after we received our salads. This was frustrating for two reasons: we couldn't enjoy our salads without feeling rushed, and our food got cold while we tried to eat a few bites of salad before moving on to our entrees. When we attempted to order refills on the never-ending pasta, we felt judged by the server, which caused two of us to hesitate and ultimately stop ordering. We also requested more breadsticks—keeping in mind there were three adults and a young child—but the server informed us we had two left, which felt quite condescending. I then asked for a drink refill, and while the server took my glass, he never returned it. He was busy attending to other tables, so I eventually had to flag him down to ask about my drink. He brought it back, mentioning it needed to be changed. While I understand that might have been the case, it would have been nice to be informed earlier and to receive it without having to ask after ten minutes. Overall, this was a disappointing experience. While the presence of the large party may have contributed, it shouldn’t have impacted our meal to this extent."

"The food was amazing as always, however that only accounts for 1/3 of the expected experience of eating out. Our server Mya took our drink order, and more than 5-10 minutes later she had a busser bring our drinks, we got waters, one sprite, and a raspberry lemonade with sprite in it. The busser boy first went to the wrong table with our drinks, and then came to our table to drop off the drinks and the raspberry lemonade was wrong, so he proceeded to take all 4 of our drinks back to the kitchen. More than 10 minutes later, our server brought out our salad and bread sticks and only brought back my incorrectly made drink. She apologized and then blamed the busser saying she assumed he still would have brought the right drinks that were prepared. Being part of the customer service industry myself, you never blame another coworker Infront of your customer. She also brought only 3 bread sticks. She checked on us a little later and we wanted more bread sticks and we didn 't receive them until after our plates arrived. We got spaghetti and carbanara- our go tos, and they were delectable. About 10 minutes after we got our food our second round of bread sticks arrived. We finally got our bill and I didn 't receive my card back until another 5-10 minutes. When my card came back, Mya failed to give me a pen to write a tip with. I saw the manager that seated us and asked for a pen and he didn 't have one on him, so he ran to grab him. A server that was helping the table next to us stopped by and I asked her for one and she was kind enough to leave one. (I wish I grabbed her name to write how wonderful of a job she was doing as I was observing her work). I was prepared to leave a 2 or 3 star review, but the cherry on the cake was when the manager came back with a pen my boyfriend thanked him and told him we already managed to get one from another server; he rolled his eyes at my boyfriend as he walked away and then again gave my boyfriend a foul look as we were walking to the exit. Needless to say, we will never be coming back to this location. I 've always been a fan of olive garden and will continue to go back to other locations, but I have no need to waste my time or money on what was supposed to be a lovely night out with my significant other at a place that doesn 't care to teach their workers proper customer service care."

"My friend and I went for lunch a week ago and ordered the Unlimited soup, salad, and breadsticks. First, let me say, I LOVE Olive Garden's soups! I had already decided that I wanted a bowl of each of the four kinds of soups. I would forego the bread sticks and salad to have room in my belly for their delicious soups. The soups were great, and my friend enjoyed some soup and a lot of salad. The service, on the other hand, was absolutely horrible. We were seated in the little bar area in a booth. There was one other table occupied with two people. There were no other customers in that section. Our server kept putting her coat on and going outside. When she'd finally returned and we could get her attention, she would take care of our needs swiftly and would talk very fast and run off quickly before we could say anything. My friend wanted another glass of wine and had to go into the main dining area and ask another server for it. Our server was literally going outside every ten min. I'd be done with my bowls of soup and had to sit there waiting and waiting for her to come back. One time, we were waiting 15 minutes for soup refills! The people at the other table were growing more and more irritated, as were we. I don't know why I didn't seek a manager to complain. I did leave her only a ten percent tip. This was our first time at this particular Olive Garden, and needless to say, we were not impressed."

"I have not had problems at this location before. However, I feel as if this needs to be shared. On Labor Day (9/5/2022), my girlfriend and I stopped in and decided to have some dinner. We walked in and only had to wait a short time before we sat down. We were sat and given our drinks by the hostess and greeted by one of the other servers (name unknown). She took our soup and salad order and shortly after our main server (Laney) came over and took our main order. She was already abrupt with us and wanted to know what we wanted right away. We both happened to know what we wanted, but I felt rushed. We also wanted to order some beverages with alcohol (I am 21 and my girlfriend is 22). She then proceeded to ask in a condescending tone You got ID? . We both showed her and after looking at my girlfriends ID, she threw it back onto the table at my girlfriend. I then proceeded to show her mine and she said What do you want? in again, a condescending manner. We put our food orders in and she said to us you are throwing too much information at me all at once. Take in mind, she was not writing anything down. We then got our drinks and mine was pouring over the side. While they were still good drinks and our food was good and hot, all in all I think our experience felt rushed and our server wanted nothing to do with us. She was not nice or charismatic and it felt like we burdened her with our business. What bothered me the most is that she was being nice to every other table she served, but was rude to us. I hope she realizes that a simple smile and a good attitude can take you far when it comes to giving services."
