"Nico’s is a favorite of mine however I’m fed up with the inconsistency of the food and service. When yall are on point the food is AMAZING however when yall are off it’s bad. I order the lengua tacos often sometimes it’s seasoned great other times not at all. Recently I’ve ordered online twice. The way it’s set up is after you pick which meat you want you add other ingredients like sauce and onions or cilantro. IT NEVER SAID ALL TACOS COME WITH ONION AND CILANTRO. I clicked the buttons of the toppings I wanted. Onions wasn’t one of them because I didn’t want those. But both orders had them. So yesterday I called in and complained. The manager was rude he spent the entire phone call beating a dead horse about how all tacos come with onions and cilantro. Ok got that. But on the website it doesn’t say that and why does it prompt you to click the toppings? NOT USER FRIENDLY. So the manager just argued with me and kept going on and on about the standard taco. When I tried to give feedback on my experience there was no apology or solution. Just essentially blaming me for not knowing that all tacos come with freaking onions and cilantro! Well I didn’t ask for it!!! I clicked cilantro and picked my salsas. Overall I’m taking a break from Nico’s. I have love hate relationship with you now and I don’t know if or when I’ll be back. Let’s hope the management team sees this and strives to do a bit better. The potential is there. Need more effort. ALSO If tacos are a whopping 6$ a piece I want it to be how I want it. With the toppings that I picked. Kindness goes a long way to the manager I spoke on the phone with yesterday take some classes on how to deal with people. Don’t be a manager if your not up to the task. Do better."

"I waited for a door dash for here for over 20 minutes. Came back inside and they just dropped a empanada and fries. A extra 10 minutes. It?s sad because I have to miss out on other orders because I have to wait here. Door dash gives a pick up time andfor every order. Every order I gotten here is never ready. I won?t be picking up from here any more. I?m not saying theyaren?t working hard in here but if you can?t make the pick up time. Then don?t accept door dash orders. Or get more workersduring lunch time. EDIT reply to the owner as a long time dasher, the app provides US with a pick up time as to when thefood should be ready or on a pick up shelf. This store is the longest wait I EVER EXPERIENCED. There?s NO REASON AS TO WHY anydasher has to wait past 20 minutes after the pick up provided time. 5 minutes is more reasonable. But I?m not here to saynobody isn?t working hard back there. Just adjust ur staff when needed. or don?t accept ALL door dash orders if ya can?t makethem on time. Is not as simple as declining an order WHEN THERES a PROVIDED PICK UP TIME. But no worries I?m not returning tothis store. SIMPLE. Good luck fellow dashers who pick up here."

"Love this place so much! They make everything to order so it is always fresh. They have no problem customizing things either which is great. Salsa bar is free with orders and has options from super mild to crazy hot. This time I ordered a taco salad with shredded chicken and my only complaint would be it was so big I could not finish it! Prices are reasonable fir the food and the quality/portions."

"Fast and friendly open 24 hours with a drive-thru the place is always clean and the food is always great. I've probably been they're over 30 times in the last couple months they also have a great kids menu so my son loves this place. The servings are huge the bacon cheese fries is like a meal within itself. The carne asada mini tacos are so good I can't believe they are so reasonably priced. If you're in the neighborhood and looking for a good taqueria that's open 24 hours and provides excellent service and has a drive-thru this is your go-to place!!"

"What was supposed to be a nice dinner turned out to be quite disappointing. I ordered the carnitas and a mango margarita. The atmosphere was rather off-putting with flies buzzing around. Unfortunately, the carnitas were dry, and the tortillas didn’t taste fresh at all. The mango margarita was excessively sweet, to the point where I couldn't even taste the alcohol. I ended up not drinking it, but I was still charged for it. On top of that, I had to constantly wave flies away from my table, which made me wonder about the cleanliness of the kitchen. Save your money and find someplace else—this place is overpriced and the quality is poor."

"We were around the area decided to stop at this place since it closed late. The service was awful if you want to be treated bad then come here because that's how you're going to feel after being at this place. I had ordered an horchata I told the server that it tasted like literally water with sugar. She just looked at me like with an attitude. Supposedly she said she didn't charge for the drink because I told her I just wanted water. But tbh idk.. she didn't even show me a receipt. I will NEVER come back to this place. Overall it was AWFUL/RUDE EXPERIENCE."
