"No no no no no. Sorry. This did not cut it. You walk in and its clean and it smells nice. The server was pleasant enough. That's where it stops. This is the cheap fast food version ripping off the idea of real bbq. Even other critical reviews dont quite nail what they're doing here which honestly feels closer to a scam than a restaurant. It did not look, taste or act like real bbq. I've never been to Oklahoma but I'd be mighty surprised if anyone there recognized this as remotely resembling the bbq they're proud of. Lukewarm oddly textured meat. Tasteless coleslaw. McDonalds equivalent macaroni cheese, watered down cheaply made bbq saucea nd the rest no better. Was it frozen and reheated in a microwave? Come on! I want to support authentic bbq in New York city but I just paid around $20 for a plate of bland, cheap mush served on the kind of paper plate you'd get at an outside market. I've had bbq at universal studios, in a mall, and from a vendor on the street, and they were all hot, delicious and tasted like the real thing. These guys should be able to overhaul their sterile kitchen and install a chef and some real equipment. Unfortunately this feels like a prototype to a very, very basic franchise."
