"I have a special connection to Franco's because my family dined there frequently in the 1980s when we lived nearby. Now that I am back with my family, I am happy to see that the restaurant is still open. However, I was a bit disappointed to find that the pizza did not live up to my memories. The sauce was overly salty and the crust was not the traditional NY style with a large handle that I remembered. On the bright side, the cheesesteak was delicious. The hoagie had the perfect taste, but the lettuce, tomato, and onion were in large chunks instead of thinly shredded. I hope they can improve the pizza sauce, but overall, they did a great job with the hoagies."
