"I tried Marchello's for the first time today for lunch and ordered the spaghetti and meatballs with marinara over angel hair. The food was decent and fairly priced, so it was worth it. However, the delivery was quite disappointing. They charge more for delivering to a business than to a residence—$3 for homes and $4 for businesses. While it's only a dollar difference, it feels unjustifiable. I was promised my food within an hour (which would have been 40 minutes), but it arrived over an hour late. To make matters worse, the driver delivered it to the wrong address. I might go back if I'm in a hurry and nearby, but I would definitely prefer dine-in or carryout next time."
