"I had a terrible experience with my waitress. She never offered me water and made multiple trips back and forth just to take my order. It was easily the worst service I've encountered in a year. The food was overly Americanized and not good at all; the nachos came with liquid cheese and maybe seven tiny pieces of chicken, along with just a splash of sour cream. It definitely wasn't worth the price! I asked for the manager, who kindly removed the nachos from my bill, but the waitress still tried to trick me into paying for them! Such bad service overall."
