"I specifically requested no lettuce, no tomatoes, and no onions on my burger, which is typically how I order it. Unfortunately, my order was messed up, and the cook accused me of lying about what I ordered. When did the customer stop being right? I even indicated clearly what I wanted under the cheeseburger section, which did not include any soggy vegetables or tomatoes and onions. I also asked for mayo on my burger. I wouldn’t have made a big deal about it if they had been polite and offered to fix the mistake they made, but instead, they called me a liar. To make matters worse, it was a delivery order, and they asked if I could bring the burger back to them to get a new one, which was absolutely not happening."
