"A challenge for the kitchen to handle a surge of orders ~10+ at a time during the week. In fairness, after I thought about it for a while, I realized that I should have ordered a hamburger instead of chicken strips. This caused the cook to divide hisattention between the grill line and the deep fryer. Given that the majority of his orders were on the grill, well let's say itwas a challenge to even cut the chicken strip with a knife. I would have sent the dish back but we were on a tight schedule andI realized that I exacerbated the situation. Would I go there again? Likely one more time. However if I order the same aseveryone else and the quality of the food is poor, then I will not go back after a second chance."
