"Keens has an amazing atmosphere, and you can feel it as soon as you walk in. Dark, wooden decors, moody lighting, pipes on the ceiling and pictures highlighting its history on the wall all come together and create a special place. Their food matches up to its venue and history. We had a taste of mutton, T-bone steak, creamed spinach and mash. The meat was so delicious and tender. The mutton was seasoned perfectly, and I liked the cabbage that came with it. The T-bone was so tender, and somehow not too heavy which allows you to eat more of it. Mash was perfect, and creamed spinach was flavourful and preserved enough spinach texture without losing it to cream. For dessert, we had a key lime pie, and it was so light, zesty, and not too sweet which made it so pleasant to eat. I would highly recommend getting it as a dessert, even if you are full! I would definitely come back, try other cuts of meat and eat that delicious key lime pie again!"
