"I ordered one meat dish that included two sides. I chose the BBQ beans, which were delicious, and a coleslaw that was also quite tasty. They provided two slices of bread in a plastic bag, along with pickles and onions, which was a nice addition.
However, the customer service was a bit lackluster—not bad, just focused and devoid of warmth. There were no smiles, and it felt a bit impersonal, which could be improved if they really want to encourage repeat customers. I didn’t feel particularly welcomed.
In my opinion, the meat portions were on the smaller side; I received four slices of pickles, which didn’t seem like enough. This is the only reason I’m giving it four stars. When I pay $12 for a meal, I expect a bit more meat. I hope they enhance their service and continue to maintain the high quality of their food. That said, the criticisms I mentioned didn’t detract from my enjoyment of the meal; I just wanted to highlight them for potential improvement."
