"We absolutely LOVE MM! The downtown location was the first one we ever visited, and we always took friends and family there. The atmosphere is truly unique, and the staff is exceptional and genuinely accommodating. We later discovered the SouthGlenn location and fell in love with it as well! Now that we have a little one, we enjoyed taking her to the SouthGlenn location during the Christmas season. Just last week, we went to admire the holiday lights and grab some pizza (her favorite), only to find the restaurant closed. We initially thought we arrived too late on a Sunday, but we were shocked to learn that ALL Colorado locations have shut down except for the one on 16th Street! Please, please, please go and eat there so we don't lose the BEST restaurant in Denver and the only Colorado location of this amazing eatery! It’s our FAVORITE!!!"

"Wasn't here at the age and it's so much better than I remember! We ordered the Merry Prankster and while it is not your traditional pizza, it was phenomenal! The way they allow their dough to heat the pizza great without getting stone hard. We also ordered cheese bread and wedge salad. The cheese bread was great, the cheese tasted fresh and the bread quality used was great. The wedge salad was at best moderate. They apply a whole wedge which would be expected from a wedge salad, but in reality it is only half. In addition, the marinated tomatoes they add are exaggerated and taken away from the wedgey salad flavor."

"We celebrated our grandson's birthday at Mellow Mushroom, enjoying a pleasant evening with just family and a few close friends. While the food could have been better, the service was actually quite good. We were able to bring our own birthday cake and our grandson could open his presents, which isn't always allowed in restaurants nowadays. It was a quiet weeknight, which probably contributed to the great experience. The opinions on the food were divided within our group - the pizza was a hit, but the specialty sandwiches were underwhelming. The burger was standard, while the spud puppies were bland and lukewarm. The pretzel bites with beer cheese were tasty, and the meatball trio was decent. One person ordered the California Club sandwich, which was surprisingly small and came with potato chips instead of fries or tots. The steak and cheese hoagie was the least enjoyable dish, with overcooked steak and barely any cheese. Unfortunately, it seemed like the kitchen staff didn't put much care into the dishes they served. Our waitress, possibly named Rachel, was the bright spot of the evening with her pleasant and accommodating service. Overall, the experience was lackluster, but I am rounding up my rating to 4 stars solely because of the excellent service we received."

"My friends and I came to Branson specifically for Kilwins. Our first experience with Kilwins was in Ann Arbor, MI. We loved it so much that we took a road trip to Branson, which was the closest location. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. They gave us two buckets of ice for our ice chest so we could transport the quarts of ice cream we bought back home. My favorites are salted caramel, Kilwins Tracks, and two berry (not sure of exact name). Love this place!"

"It didn't take long for our pretzel bites to arrive at the table. They were delicious—warm, slightly salty, and the cheese sauce was also warm. They practically tasted free, which was a nice bonus! Next up were our salads, which were enormous, filled with a variety of fresh and crisp vegetables. Finally, our pizza arrived! I absolutely loved the thin crust; it was really thin, flavorful, and well-loaded with toppings. While I wouldn’t describe the onions as caramelized, they were cooked nicely. I managed to eat two slices and half of my salad, saving the rest for later. Ron also enjoyed his house salad and liked his pepperoni and sausage pizza, although he wasn't very impressed with the quality of the sausage. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience here and will definitely be back!"

"I used to love coming here. We visit our kids in Carolina Shores so we stay in North Myrtle Beach several times a year. This might be our last time for awhile. Fountain drinks were unavailable. I get that. STUFF happens. The place was dark and just blah. The pizzas were so overpriced, that we should have left. The store or management has either given up or ownership changed. "Food was cold. Service was slow. Waitress either had a severe case of RBF or was in a truly foul mood. I’ve been to other locations with good food and service so I’m not sure why this one is so terrible. I also left my phone on the table on accident. I went back about an hour later to try to find it and the seating hostess kept lying about what happened when it was found. My husband had to threaten the manager to call the police to report the imei number as stolen since the phone was turned off even though it was charged 50% when I left it. Manager reviewed the tapes and saw seating hostess crumple the note on it, toss note in the trash and then hide the phone under the front desk. He searched the desk and found it in the back. Seating hostess says it was off because it fell in a mop bucket and got wet. Phone was not wet when found and turned on just fine."

"We mixed it up this time, starting out with the Mushroom Soup. I mean, let's be honest, you sort of have to, right? And while I'm a very basic guy, mushroomwise, Daisy is doing her best to enlighten me on the benefits of many wonderful foods, and some the look like chewy little UFOs. But as always, the food did not disappoint. We also ordered directly from the menu instead of our usual build your own pizza habit. We did get a pie though, the Merry Prankster, with herb and aioli based sauce, chicken, sausage, and red and green peppers, on a gluten free crust with vegan cheese for Daisy.But then, we ventured bravely into new and unknown parts of the menu, confident that our waiter Corey wouldn't let us down. He had already waved me off from a drink that sounded perfect, but was actually more tart than sweet (I have the sweet tooth of a 4 year old. Besides, I get plenty of both of those from Daisy. We chose the delicious California Club (chilled chicken, smoked bacon, roasted tomatoes and smashed avocados on a ciabatta bun which according to Corey is the best way to go even though they do have other bread options and healthy lettuce wrap choices. Daisy saved half for her lunch the next day. She forgot to take it to work with her. It didn't survive the lunching hour at home. Sorry, not sorry. I figured out the best way to make it up to Daisy. So I would like to announce that Daisy and I will be tying the knot on May 28th!! We are currently looking at ideas for wedding ring tattos and a local artist to do the work. But all in all, The Mellow Mushroom is always a great choice."

"Best staff and manager, Megan. They went upstairs and beyond to host our Woodland High cheer team at Cartersville after a competition. Megan was so easy to work and the planning of our event was so easy. The terrace was a perfect place and could keep the whole team and the parents. Megan was so easy to communicate and set up a buffet style serving area for the girls. The staff service was exceptional. Thanks again! You've found out that we're State Bound so unforgettable!"

"I visited this location about five years and had nothing but good things to say about it. I enjoyed my visit so much I wrote about it on Yelp. I was there again last night, and things have really changed. The young woman who sat me was very friendly but then I waited awhile for a server to come by. When he walked by my table he seem surprised to see me. He was not friendly and seemed to be in a bad mood. He barely spoke to me the entire evening. He wasn't helpful when he told me there were no pretzel bites and didn't offer an explanation as to why they were on the menu but not available. Foolishly, I ordered a half order of pretzels instead. It was far too much for one person, which is entirely my fault, but they weren't good. I waited for quite awhile for them and when they came they were very hard and dry. If any garlic butter has been applied to them, it had long since been absorbed by the dough and dried out. All they tasted like were salt and they were very hard to chew. I only at one, and not even all of it. I got the impression that the reason I waited so long is that the pretzel bites were ready in the kitchen for awhile and my server just didn't bring them to me. This was especially evident when my pizza arrived about one minute after the pretzels. It was my second time ordering a Thai Dye pizza and the only complaint I had my first visit five years ago was that there was barely any chicken on my pizza. That was true again on this visit. I counted five small pieces altogether, two of the pieces of pizza did not have any chicken at all on them. The cucumbers were cut in such huge pieces that they were still cold inside and not really appetizing. My server never came back to check on me until I was almost ready to leave. He didn't offer a drink refill until I asked for water. I felt like I was a bother to him. There was another waiter working a table near mine and he was very friendly to his customers. Maybe my server just has a different personality but if so, being a waiter is not the right job choice for him. It was overall a very disappointing experience. I was looking forward to eating at Mellow Mushroom again when I realized I would be coming to Herndon, and it just didn't measure up to my previous experience. Fortunately, I don't get to Herndon very often, so I won't be back."

"We visited late at night on a Saturday and the place was busy but not over-crowded! We hiked up to the rooftop bar and it was a nice spot. Yes, the pizza is pricey but it's delicious! The great thing about this place is that the drinks are slightly cheaper then bar drinks. The only room for improvement that I have is the service. We waited a while for our server to come to us and then we waited a while for the drinks to make it to the table. We did not eat though because they were closing their kitchen. The servers were super friendly though and the manager was polite when they gave us last call for the roof. Overall, good experience, would recommend, and will be coming back."

"Atmosphere was unique, I'm an artist so I loved it. Menu was also fun. Food was great as well. Service was good. Only complaint I would have is I asked for coffee, it took a while, and came after our appetizers and main entree had been served...was in a dirty cup and only half full, coffee is priced per cup. I asked for another and was a repeat with another dirty cup and half full and no,... it wasn't the same cup as they left the first one on our table."

"Made a reservation on open table which apparently they are no longer apart of. The girl said we would be priority seating since we tried to make a reservation. Well that wasn't true. They still took everyone infront of us and told another large party who came in after us who booked on open table they would be next. The manager also brought them pizza to eat while they waited.  At that point it made my fiance and my friend and I feel like our reservation didn't matter and the manager didn't try to accommodate us. So I go back in to say something you can tell the poor hostess was frustrated and she finally just had someone seat us. After getting through that everything else was pretty good. TIP to managers if your going to accommodate one, accommodate all with the same issue, you make others feel out of place.."

"Food was really good. The spinach artichoke dip was literally the best I've ever had, very creamy and really good. It was nice that it was served with garlic bread instead of chips like most places. The pizza was really good as well. It's great that you are able to mix and match and they have vegan options. I didn't like my second half of the pizza with the steak, which is no fault to the kitchen, just my taste buds, but the staff accommodated me when I sent it back. The kids meals are perfect. My kids loved the French bread pizzas and apples on the side were perfect because my youngest loves fruit! Will definitely be back again."
