"Told on the phone that chicken tacos for Taco Tuesday were $2. Asked if they were busy if I stopped in to eat in 5 minutes? Yes, not busy at 4:00p.m. Arrived to find the chicken tacos were $10.50 for three. No special. Starving, so ordered them. My order took a very long time. I asked the waitress twice to expedite my food. She said they had to cook the chicken. In the meantime, boxes of food placed in the window for to go orders. I had to return to work. Finally, I get my plate with the tacos containing about a tablespoon of chicken per taco. WAY overpriced! Immediately after setting down my plate, the waitress brings loads of food to the two tables who walked in AFTER me. Oh wow!....I guess the cook was tied up making their burgers. Or my order was placed after her gracious attention to the larger party. Anyway, I gobbled my food then went up to pay the bill. I mentioned how fast the later arrivals got their full menu items and burgers at the same time as my tacos which are easy to make that I waited half an hour for. This pissed off the waitress who told me they don 't want my business and not to come back. I told her I would never come back anyway. So she threw my credit card at me then swept her arm across the bar to knock my receipt onto the floor. Unbelievable! Now, the afternoon drunks at the bar start yelling at me to get out. I tossed the pen at the wall before I left. What a horrible, terrible place. I was astounded a snotty waitress would have the job security to attack a customer with sudden vehemence. No apology or accommodation for the wait on overpriced food which they misquoted over the phone. The reality is the waitress preferred the bigger table, the bigger tip. She likely did not submit my order before waiting on nine of them. Or my single plate of food was not a priority for the cook to prepare. Why have Taco Tuesday if you cannot offer the food in a reasonable timeframe or for the price you advertise? I called in advance to confirm price and availability. Absolute waste of money. And no common courtesy."

"It just blows me away that this chain is owned by the same company as Olive Garden when the food is not even in the same hemisphere. They are easily my favorite chain restaurant and the one we frequent most often. Olive Garden it is NOT. I think the one and only complaint about YH can be the wait at times. Don 't go at 6:30 on a Friday night expecting to be seated in under 15 minutes. But hey if a place is this popular, it 's for good reason. I 'll probably have three photos up of the seared ahi tuna sandwich, DONT CARE, I 'll post it 100 times if I need to. I don 't know what it is about the tuna here but the ahi nachos are a must go to also, they do fishy very very well. My only issue with the food here and it isn 't even mine personally is that my son is not a big fan of the mac n cheese on the kid 's menu. Why? Because it 's TOO flavorful. My wife and I end up eating over half of it, a three cheese blend and I can taste a hint of garlic. It 's very delicious and not something a toddler is used to. Oh, and always upgrade to the truffle fries. I don 't care if they increase the price to $5 per order, there is no other way to do it here and don 't even me about it. Where to start about the beer selection. If you like it, they probably have it. The tap room itself is usually on display and man is it glorious. Get up and walk around sometime. Look up. Look behind the glass where all the kegs lie, it is truly a sight to behold even if you 're not a drinker. And yes, you can get a yard glass, they even give you the background history on how they came to be in the lobby (I won 't ruin it here). For ambiance, you 're always greeted with your favorite 80s and 90s groups and some TV 's carry the music videos, they know how to get to my demographic well. YH isn 't over the top or campy like a lot of other chains can be, simply trying too hard. The place is just fabulous, and I hope it can stay consistent for decades, staying insanely busy at all hours of the day."
