"The pulled pork and smoked turkey were both smoked to perfection and juicy! The sweet cornbread, macaroni n cheese and coleslaw were just as delicious. I got the mix sauce which was part heat and mild, which had exceptional flavor with a perfect mix of the two. I would highly recommend stopping in if you like BBQ and just great food! Only complaint I have is they're not in West Michigan."

"6:30 PM Saturday night. Out of wings, understandable. Brisket tasted more like roast beef. No seasoning, bark or smoke ring. Tasted more like oven baked than smoke. Nachos were generous in portion however were a bit to salty for our taste.Food is self service at the window to order and then find your own spot to sit. Unless you get a spot next to the fireplace remember to bring your mittens and warm hat as the place is freezing inside. May have to stop by for lunch during the summer months to hopefully find out what the people have been raving about. For now I will be back to ASH."

"We ordered nachos, a wet burrito, a torta, and a quesadilla, and unfortunately, everything was lukewarm and the chips were stale. You would expect to receive salsa with your chips to enhance the meal, but that wasn't provided. It's disappointing because the flavors were good, but the freshness and temperature really fell short."

"We ordered the pulled pork sandwich ($6.95), the brisket sandwich ($9.95), and the mac and cheese ($2.95). The brisket was excellent and less fatty than some I've had elsewhere. The portion sizes were generous, but the sauces were just average. On the plus side, they offer a fantastic selection of alcoholic beverages, and the customer service was impressive. The only disappointment was the mac and cheese; we had hoped for fried pickles, but due to supply issues (which is understandable), we opted for the mac and cheese instead. Unfortunately, it didn't quite meet our expectations."

"The potato salad was bits of small unidentifiable stuff, floating in a sea of Mayonnaise. It didn't even have good flavor. I’m white and my black neighbor used to make the potato salad similar to that and I didn’t like hers either.The smoked macaroni and cheese was not smoked at all. It was just plain macaroni and cheese. Nothing special at all.The ribs are way over done; they are dry.The meat had a pretty good flavor, but it had just been sitting for too long.The meal for 2 definitely wasn't worth the $62 that I paid with the Grubhub fees."

"We ordered the pulled pork sandwich $6.95), brisket sandwich $9.95), and Mac and cheese $2.95). The brisket was really good and wasn't as fat as some others I had. The portions were good, but the sauces were moderate. You have a really good selection of alcoholic drinks and their customer service was great. The only way was the Mac and cheese. They had no fried pickles due to supply problems, which is understandable, so we took the Mac and cheese. It didn't taste like Mac and cheese. It was more of a warm pasta salad with penne pasta, oil, meeting, onions, bbq sauce and other ingredients, but not sure whether it was cheese. I wish it was advertised as such."
