"Not as good as Texas BBQ, but the ribs were good. Keep in mind that only the best BBQ connections in Texas can consistently beat a home smoked brisket. We take our brisket seriously in Texas. I would have been bittersweet if it were even comparable. And, while I should know better than to expect anything similar when traveling to other states, I always try with an open mind (I know some states take their BBQ seriously, too). Dantro helped us at the counter and he was great. He was a fan of almost all flesh (as a team member should be). We tried several meats on his recommendation. The Brisket was better seasoned than most Texas BBQ joints (which usually leave their brisket unprocessed and let you taste salt), but was quite dry, especially for my taste, but I think dry for every taste. The hot links had good taste, but the texture was strange (almost Fibrous wasn't soft and didn't give easy after puncturing through the case.) The ribs had a sweet sauce and came easily out of the bone. You were certainly our favorite. I would recommend the ribs if you have any expectations."
