"During a business trip to the area last year, I needed to catch an early morning flight from Spokane airport. I stayed overnight at the Holiday Inn located at the airport. After a long day of driving and visiting a client, I was quite hungry. Upon checking in, I noticed that the hotel had a restaurant on-site, Peppers Bar and Grill. Instead of venturing to a local eatery, I decided to give Peppers a try. The bartender was very helpful in recommending items from the menu and suggesting beers. Since I had some work to finish, I opted to eat while working on the delicious Monterey Grilled Chicken, paired with an ice-cold River City Brewing Company Red Ale. The meal was excellently prepared and flavorful. If you find yourself at Spokane airport and need a place to grab a bite, I highly recommend Peppers. Great food, convenient location, and affordable prices."
