"When my friend suggested we meet at Burger Republic, I was thrilled she recommended it because I didn't have to inquire about gluten-free buns – they offer them! This was my first visit to Burger Republic, but it certainly won’t be my last. I ordered the Shroomin’ Burger cooked medium-rare, and it was just about everything I hoped it would be. Although part of my burger was more medium than medium-rare, the other half was cooked perfectly. The burger was a bit tall to bite into and quite messy, but it was incredibly tasty. I think some of the messiness might have stemmed from the gluten-free bun, but it was definitely worth it. The tater tots were just right, perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Our food arrived quickly and exactly as ordered, and our server checked on us several times, even though the new system is to order at the counter and then take a seat. The atmosphere was pleasant, and I believe this is one of the better chain restaurants in the hotel district. I highly recommend giving them a try!"
