"Previous location was always great. Came to the airport new location today. Beyond disappointing. Waited over 40 minutes for food, order was made incorrectly after waiting that time. Attitudes from staff is awful. No apologies just take the tray of wrong food and walked off. Sandwiches lacked bread being toasted even. Trays food came out on were filthy with sticky residue on bottom. Bathrooms were disgusting, urine all over toilets, trash on floors. The trays on the trash cans were stacked so high they fell over. Will not return to this location."

"Very disappointed. We had patronized Great Harvest locations in Northern Virginia for 25 years and had wonderful experiences. Found this location in Chapel Hill. Bought a loaf of white bread today. When I got home and took it out of the bag it wasmolded. A large area of black mold with other spots seeded around the loaf. It was obviously not a fresh loaf from today. Howvery unprofessional and disappointing. At the VA locations I had never had to a) ask if the bread was old or b) had to inspectit in store to see if it was safe to eat. I called the store and the girl working said I could come back for another loaf.However since I live 20 miles away that wasn?t an option. I wanted them to check their other bread. It?s anyones guess as towhether that occurred. My old store will ship bread to me. It costs more but that?s what I?ll do."

"What a delightful little spot in the heart of Matthews! My son and I enjoyed a wonderful lunch here. I opted for the hummus sandwich, while he chose a BLT. Everything was extremely fresh and tasty. Our server, Morgan, was charming and attentive. To top it off, there was someone offering samples of cookies! I couldn't resist grabbing a loaf of cinnamon chip bread for breakfast toast the next morning. We will definitely be back!"
