"This restaurant used to be a favorite spot for myself and my co-workers, as it is conveniently located near our workplace. We have frequented this place often in the past, but unfortunately, we have noticed a significant decline in both the food quality and service. The portions have become smaller while the prices have increased. Orders are often incorrect and the overall quality of the food has deteriorated. Some of my colleagues have ordered extra sides, like additional chicken, only to be charged the price of a full entree or not receive it at all. When we raised our concerns with a member of management, their response was, "What do you want me to do ma'am?" It is disappointing to see a once-favorite restaurant fall from grace like this. As a result, it is now on our list of places to avoid. Such a shame."
