"I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The dish I ordered was not prepared as I specified; I explicitly requested no spice, peppers, onions, or tomatoes. However, my meal arrived spicy and contained peppers. When I brought this to the attention of the waiter, he simply took my plate away without offering a replacement or alternative. I ended up sitting at my booth watching my child finish her meal while I was left without food. This was poor service, not just from the waiter, but from the establishment as a whole. I paid my bill in cash, but he never returned my change. I also didn't indicate a tip on the receipt, and when I was ready to leave, he was nowhere to be found."
