"I've been to El Tapatio Mexican several times and have always enjoyed the food. The staff is very friendly, and the margaritas are amazing—served in large glasses! They come in small, medium, and monster sizes; even the medium was too much for me to finish because of its generous size and strong flavor. The portions are hearty, and the dishes arrive quickly. Their chips and salsa are delicious, served with both red and white salsa. Overall, a fantastic experience!"

"I was there with a large family group after a church Christening. We had good service considering how many there were of us and it was Sunday after church. We had reservations and we had a private room. It was a very nice area. I got the burrito plate. One chicken and one beef for $12.95 and a very small cheese dip for $3.75. And a tea. I don’t no how much the drinks were. And, better yet when it came time to pay my sister and her husband picked up the bill for everyone for coming. So that made the food even better. I was with my family that’s why I’m giving it a 5 on atmosphere and their nice little room."

"I went with my son and his wife. I love their salsa and chips I'm not a fan of chunky salsa. My guest really enjoyed thier food. My son got street tacos and I believe his wife got enchiladas. I was craving nachos so I got them and boy what a let down. I mean it was like they threw chips, minimal cheese, minimal meat but I asked to add jalapeños and boy they threw way too much on. Just bummed me out as I was really craving them. Service: Dine in"

Our glasses were never empty even though they had many other tables!. She provided an exceptional service. "Amazing Tex-Mex! We had dinner here tonight and had a wonderful experience. The service was exceptional, with incredibly friendly and attentive staff. We ordered burritos, tacos, chili rellenos, and a fajita quesadilla, and everything was superb! The taco meat stood out for being particularly flavorful and tender, which I really appreciated. The chili rellenos, covered in cheese, were likely my favorite dish. The guacamole was fresh and creamy, and the salsa was spicy and plentiful. I just wish this place were nearer to my home; I could easily see myself coming here several times a week!"

"I’ve been stopping at Pedro‘s regularly for the last two years in the course of traveling back-and-forth to northern Minnesota to care for an ill relative. Pedro‘s service has always been genial engaging and friendly. They have never made a mistake on order. The food is excellent. Scratch cooking on a large scale is difficult, and they manage it as best as could possibly be expected with a large menu. I grew up in a part of the country where at least a third of the population was of Mexican immigrant heritage. I love the flavors of the foods they brought with them and Pedro‘s managers an excellent rendering of those foods with versions adapted for Minnesota palate. This is good stuff. The portions are huge. Try not to eat too much, tip generously as I don’t know how they manage to serve this much this good at these prices."

Additionally, the steak in my enchilada was overcooked. To make matters worse, it took an hour for them to prepare my food. On a positive note, the horchata was good."

"This is by far the BEST authentic Mexican food we've ever experienced. The atmosphere made us feel like we had just arrived in Mexico and were dining on vacation.
