"Very unprofessional people who hung up 4x in a row when I made them aware that they put beef in my mom's veggie fajita order. I had made it very clear that we do not eat beef and pork and it is against our religion! Still on my mom's birthday we had to throw away her meal. After calling to request a refund and letting them know I would come in for it, the owner denied they made an error and after I said I would gladly send a picture hung up on me again. I am new to town and this was a very poor welcome and I would not recommend their service or food. Never been more disappointed. It is okay to make an error but to act so rudely and selfishly is terrible customer service!"
"Heidi was very rude, asked her how long and she told us the wait was about 20-25 minutes, nobody else was in line. A big group of people were leaving so we asked if we could just sit there… she then proceeded to say “don’t catch an attitude with me” nobody had an attitude besides her. Management really needs to talk to her about her attitude if they want customers to keep coming in."
