"A hidden gem. Service, ambience, and food were all great. Complimentary green tea is awesome. Waitress was super nice, refilled tea often and was able to split our shared items on our checks. It took a little bit of time for food to get to our table, but the wait is absolutely worth it and you can taste the authenticity and care in the food. Got the Shrimp Hokkaido Miso Ramen. It had a really rich and not too salty Miso broth, and tender egg noodles. I liked the cabbage inside the soup, and the shrimp were so flavorful it had the richness of tempura shrimp flavor but the tenderness of boiled shrimp. Also got ika furai, or calamari, and this was the most flavorful calamai I've ever had as an appetizer. Very sophisticated seasoning. House salad was good, the dressing was thick but a little applesauce-like. Lastly, for desert, I had Mangos with Sweet coconut rice. Basically a much better rice pudding blended with the sweetness of coconut and fresh mangoes on the side. This alone is the reason to come here. Perfect way to end a hearty meal of ramen."
