"I spent nearly $10 on an Egg McMuffin and orange juice at this restaurant. Unfortunately, the juice was lacking in flavor, likely because it wasn’t cold enough. The Egg McMuffin was just average. The self-order kiosks worked fine, but using the rewards app was a bit cumbersome. They now have a system where they bring your food to your table based on a number you receive. While dining with a companion, we were each given a number and sat on opposite sides of the booth with our numbers clearly displayed. However, when the server brought our food, she mixed up our orders despite the numbers matching our seats and being clearly marked on the trays. To make matters worse, she forgot to bring one of the hash browns. We also had to go to the other side of the restaurant to grab our own napkins next to the drink station, which also had the straws for our drinks."
