"I really enjoy visiting the Boiler. It's conveniently located just down the road from my house, and I've been there so many times that the staff recognizes me—they know my preferred seating and drink orders, as well as my favorite dessert. They're truly nice people. However, I haven't been back in a couple of months, so I hope the chef has improved by now. They usually serve delicious food, but my only issue arises when I order beef dishes like burgers or steaks. They still need to refine their technique for rendering fat on the steak and cooking it to the requested doneness. The manager and owner were very understanding during my last visit; after I finally voiced my concerns, they generously offered me a gift card."
