"I've eaten tons of Indian food all over Southern California, but none of them comes close to the taste, presentation, and the service here at Ashirwad. My partner and I were driving to Joshua Tree and found this restaurant on an Eater list, so we called ahead and placed an order for pick up. We ordered the dhokla, which is this delicious corn bread like gluten free bread topped with mustard seeds, coconut shreds, and cilantro, chef's choice uttapam, and thelpa with chole. I had never had uttapam this good and the thelpa was a tortilla-like bread with fenugreek leaves that was outta this world good with the chole (garbanzo bean curry). I will definitely be making the stop here everytime I am in the area. It's just that good!"
