"I just enjoyed a massive quesadilla de rajas con queso from TacoGyro, and it brought back wonderful memories of my mother and grandmother. The handmade tortilla made from Maseca was outstanding, and the rajas were incredibly flavorful. The salsa was also delightful. Having grown up in the Mexican restaurant scene, I can confidently say that this little gem is a true treasure. Everything was so delicious! Congratulations to them!
