"Though Ive been by many, many time, this was my first visit to Jimbo 's. The ribs were absolutely delicious and the pulled pork was pretty righteous as well. The mac cheese did not disappoint but, the potato salad was a bit too busy for me. Too much stuff in it and they were big chunks. Sorry, but I 'm not about that, keep it simple. Price was relative to the items and portions in my 2 meat plate with 2 sides a lnd 3 hush puppies. Overall, it thoroughly enjoyed it and will be back to try other menu items. Being named Jimbo 's, I would 've thought they 'd have greens on the menu. Maybe a suggestion? Stop by and try them out."
