"I ordered lunch an hour before pickup only to arrive and be told it would be 9 minutes because they needed to make biscuits. I was in a rush which is why I took time to preorder so far in advance. They did replace the biscuit with home fries so I could be on my way to my destination. The saving grace was the sweet girl at the counter who apologized and did her best to get me out the door."
